Tough or elastic? In the case of MOIIN Tough Clear, the answer is: both!
The printed objects feature high impact strength, while at the same time being flexible, stretchable and not brittle. MOIIN Tough Clear is therefore ideally suited for the production of objects that are subject to high mechanical stress. Thanks to the finely balanced modulus of elasticity, the parts remain dimensionally stable even under extreme stresses, such as those caused by dropping or impact – this makes it ideal for robust functional prototypes and tools, special seals, numerous research devices and much more. Objects printed in MOIIN Tough Clear are also biocompatible* and can therefore also be used in various medical engineering areas, such as for hearing aids, glasses, shoe inserts or orthoses. By varying the structure and thickness of the material, it is possible to print more flexible or firmer parts to suit your needs. The printed objects also have impressively smooth, transparent surfaces.
